Welcoming your baby consciously and lovingly, from connection, trust and wonder, is a beautiful and powerful process. My doula support includes realistic preparation, and I bring genuine, warm attention to you and your partner during one of the most special periods of your life. I work in North Holland, South Holland, Utrecht and Flevoland, and I’d love to stop by for a cup of coffee and a no-obligation introduction.

Doula package: Birth Essential
- A no-obligation introductory meeting.
- One extra-long, in-depth session at your home to prepare for the birth.

- 1st visit: Intake & knowledge is key
- 2nd visit: Birth plan & relaxation exercises

- Practical and mental preparation for the birth and the postpartum period
- Your birth partner learns various tools and massage techniques to support you during the birth
- An extra reassurance session if you go past 40 weeks
- Continuous support throughout your birth, however long it takes
- On call 24/7 from week 38 onwards, ready to support you whenever you need me

Private Birth Preparation

- A personal birth course: two in-depth 2-hour sessions at your home to prepare for the birth.
- A lovely pregnancy massage at my home practice, worth €97
- Practical and mental preparation for the birth and the postpartum period: theory and tailored body-focused, breathing & mindfulness exercises alternate throughout. There’s plenty of room to practise different birth positions and massage techniques, and to try the Elle TENS machine in advance.
- Your birth partner learns various tools and massage techniques to support you during the birth: together you’ll have a solid foundation of valuable information and practical tools to welcome your baby lovingly, with confidence and as a team.
- Unlimited contact by phone and WhatsApp from the start until six weeks after the birth.
