Babies are surprisingly wise: they naturally seek out the position in your uterus where they have the most space. A breech position is quite common and can have various causes. Between around 30 and 36 weeks, there are several gentle techniques, positions and exercises that may help create more space and encourage your baby to move into a head-down position.
My breech treatments last 90 minutes and combine, among other things:
- Psoas release exercises
- Spinning Babies positions
- Moxa therapy
- Gentle vibrations with a rebozo (doula scarf)
- Fascia massage techniques
- Tao-touch massage techniques
